Frequently Asked Questions
Although we ship worldwide, we are from the USA, and our products are priced in USD. Keep in mind, credit card companies / PayPal will assist you in using your own currency at checkout.
Yes you can, but you have to be swift. Ideally we would hope to hear from you within 1 hour of placing your order, as many of our products are produced when orders come in. Once your order has shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make any order changes. For order updates, please contact our support team ASAP via support@hotlikekimchi.com.
If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission. Do not forget to mention your order number when contacting our support team.
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order before it ships.
To cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible (ideally within 1 hour of placing order) at support@hotlikekimchi.com. Use “Cancel order #ORDERNUMBER” in the subject and we will attempt to cancel the order before shipment.

Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide.
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at support@hotlikekimchi.com.
Shipping times may vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-45 business days.
To ensure the best quality possible, we work with different factories for our items. Therefore, if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different delivery days.
We are very sorry to hear about the customs fee, but it is beyond our control. This is not a fee collected by our company. Unfortunately, some governments randomly pick packages to check and decide to charge extra import fees.
Sorry for any inconvenience, but there is nothing we can do about this.

Reasons why you want to return or exchange your order
A change in size:
We are all human and mistakes happen, right? Please contact us and state which size you would like and we will send you the correct one.
Please Note:
– The item(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
– The item(s) should be in the original state
– The item(s) are returned within 30 days after you received them.
You received the wrong item:
Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. Do not worry, just email us stating your order number and which item you actually ordered. Please attach a photo of what you received. We will contact you via email within 48hrs and send you the correct item ASAP.

You received a damaged item:
Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case you do not need to return the item. The only thing we need you to do is sending us a support email (support@hotlikekimchi.com) stating your order number and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see on the photo that your item is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP.

NOTE: You will be charged a shipping fee if it’s your fault for changing size after we already have shipped your items.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF:
– You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. As the order was processed upon your request, we cannot accept a return/refund in that case.
– The item(s) have been worn or washed
– The item(s) have been altered in any way
– The item(s) are in defective form from the original condition, unless the condition is at our fault
– The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
– The item(s) were a Final Sale item

within 30 days of receipt of order for return instructions.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. If you ship an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement. If you are approved, your new item will be shipped or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card /original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note: As part of the return process, you will be charged a shipping fee if you chose to change sizes after we have already shipped your items.
