Shipping policy

Once your order is received, we will deliver goods within 1 – 4 weeks.  Occasionally you will receive goods a few days later than usual due to force majeure (a.k.a. things out of our control, like Covid-19 for instance).

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at support@hotlikekimchi.com.

The typical delivery time frame is between 15 to 45 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Shipping times depend on where you are from. To make it easy for you, we created the simple table to help you estimate:

When receiving goods, if you are not satisfied with them or they are not the same as the item pictured on our website, please send us a support email (hello@hotlikekimchi.com) stating your order number and please include a photo of the goods. We will strive to contact you within 48hrs.

NOTE: If you order different products, it might be possible that you will receive multiple packages. In addition, if one or two items of your bill can not be shipped, we will refund you according to their price or supply a discount code/store credit to you for ordering other items in the future.

Due to Covid-19 and the huge number of orders for Christmas, package deliveries may take longer than usual. So, please keep this in mind if you want to order items in time for the holidays because we will not refund items that are returned due to late delivery.

If you would still like to gift an item from our shop but are uncertain it will make it in time, you may consider purchasing a Hot Like Kimchi eGift Card. This is also especially helpful when you are unsure what to buy or do not know if the recipient already owns an item.
